Sin's Pleasure Review and Blog Tour

★★COVER REVEAL★★

Title: Sin's Pleasure
Series: Happily Never Happened #1
Author: LeTeisha Newton

What if Happily Ever Afters were from a place called Elsia? What if they kept that world going and intact? And what if the Fairy Godmother, young and naive, got it wrong?

Welcome to Happily Never Happened, where fairy tales are real, sexier than sin, and sweeter than deliverance. Where Fantasy Ave is a place to see your pleasures satisfied, and the stakes raised - for a price. And then meet the ladies of Fantasy Ave, hidden gems in our world, who come from the world of Elsia, escaping the hell of their Happily Ever Afters, and offered the chance, with one last wish, to find love again.

SIN married her Prince Charming, escaping into the palace and becoming one of the four queens that ruled Elsia. That glass slipper seemed to fit on the right foot - that was until Charming showed her that she meant nothing to him, and even less to others after her story was over. Sin recreated herself, tossing aside her tiara and ballgown, for stilettos and a whip - because she calls the shots now. Never again is she going to be someone's sub who doesn't know the meaning of Dominance, and never again is she going to let someone open her heart again.

And she's right. Someone can't do it. She needs two: Tobias, her trusted bodyguard, and Zuriah, a wolf of Rose's pack, to claim her, and show her just how much she's missing. Show her how much Charming didn't know about love, and that being broken only means that she can be fixed.

Now available from Evernight Publishing Naughty Fairy Tales, be ready to delve into a hot read of desire, love, and redemption.

Writing professionally since 2008, LeTeisha has spanned from Fantasy to Interracial Romance on her road to getting the jumping characters out of her head. Most days she’s pretty color blind, unless it’s a great shade of red (then she can’t ignore it). Other times she’s plotting her next twenty books and then remembering that the computer can’t read her thoughts and doesn’t type at lightning speed. Either way, she just can’t seem to get enough of quill to paper…or eh…keyboard strokes, apparently.

Review:

Sin's Pleasure is the happily ever after that should have happened after Cinder got stuck with a sadistic Prince Charming. I really enjoyed the author's smoking hot view into a fairy tale world gone wrong. Sexy. Sweet. Smoldering. Loved it and it kept me turning the pages long after the lights should have gone out. The two alpha males were drool worthy and oh so hot. Sin herself was a complex character dealing with the trauma of her past and waiting for the right two men to love her. I cried. It was great.

Good shifter tropes for fans of shifter romance. Fairy tale awesome if you enjoy an adult twist on an old classic and oh the love scenes. Just make sure you have a fan and some ice water.

Woo!

Interview with the author:

1. I am a panster/plotter. It truly depends on what's going on, but for series I can plot the arc. I know what I want to happen, and what I need characters to do. But the story flows from me more naturally after that. For Happily Never Happened I plotted certain points, certain characters that interacted more, and then let the story unfold from there. 2. That is an, as yet, undertermined number. The series is based on the Grimm and Disney Fairy Tales. As you, there are quite a bit to choose from! So far I have the ideas for about 7 more books, which will bring it to 10. 3. I have always loved fairy tales. Always. Particularly the Grimm tales. But I just didn't want to re-write the known story. I wanted to give them a new life, a new tale. So I'm re-writing their ending, which allows me to give fresh stories with unknown facts. I love it. 4. Heels! I am a heels girl, and that will always be the case. A nice pump can make me feel better any day. 5. I am currently working on my fantasy piece with Sarah Rodriguez entitled Avarice Touched, and working on The Watchers trilogy to come out with Loose Id soon. Finally I'm working on a dark contemporary romance surrounding a female escort who has no time for love, and even lest time for the messy business of dealing with a client.

Review:

We all crave adventure in the bedroom. Especially us married types who crave a little something extra to spice up the soup. Well, so to speak. The Ultimate Guide to Sexual Fantasy is a recipe book for making a staid evening of formula sex into one that will knock your knickers off in no time flat. Ideas abound on how to share your fantasy for role play or just how far to go. It is real world instruction for the vanilla world who maybe wants to try and work on a flavor boost. I loved it. Great source of information by a woman who tells it like it is. Violet Blue is a rock star whether she is editing an anthology or writing instructional non fiction like this book. So is Alison Tyler. I have the privilege to know her as an editor and a co-author and she can curl your toes in no time flat. So...take it from me and get a copy of this book for your naughty recipe library. You will thank me in the morning.

Review: Rise of the Dom by Brenna Zinn

DESCRIPTION

Although this book can be read on its own, we recommend reading Fatal Submission by Nicole Austin first.
It’s 1998, and what a great year it’s been for independent yet sexually submissive Emma Sutherland. She’s secured a great job teaching at the local university, bought a dream house in the country with its very own dungeon in the basement and found a masterful Dom who fulfills her every desire. Who could ask for more?
Chet Crosby can. Having hot, kinky sex with Emma is no longer enough. He wants to take care of her outside the dungeon and have a real relationship, which she’s not ready for. Ready or not, the horrifying and unexplainable occurrences in Emma’s home have her scared, and Chet’s more determined than ever to protect the woman he loves. Even if doing so means facing unimaginable terror.

I read the first book in this series and was chomping at the bit to read the second. It did not disappoint. If anything, Brenna Zinn continues a great erotic horror story with this installment. Emma is battling demons of her own and wants desperately to have a place she call her own. Despite her growing feelings for Chet, her Dom, she wants this house to be just hers. When she begins to have visions of dead girls and her kitchen begins to freeze, she knows something is going on and she doesn't like it one bit.

Chet has his own experiences in the house, where he experiences thoughts and sensations that are not his own. When he has an installer put in a security system to help Emma, he learns the horrible truth about his sub's new home.

This book was a roller coaster ride of fun sexy Dom/sub situations combined with erotic horror and some inner demons that Emma had to work through. It was a well rounded read for 72 pages and I can't wait to read more from the talented Brenna Zinn. She can scare me to sleep any night of the week!

Red Velvet and Absinthe

Red Velvet and Absinthe
Paranormal Erotic Romance

Explore Your Dark Desires
The supernatural: Think vampires, werewolves, ghosts...eerie sounds in the night, impassioned whispers teasing at the depths of sleep...Think red velvet, flickering candles, love and lust with otherworldly partners who unleash passion and desire far beyond that inspired by simple mortals. Editor Mitzi Szereto's sensual stories provide thrills and chills of telltale hearts, redolent with romance and danger. Red Velvet and Absinthe will carry you away, conjuring up the romantic spirit of classic Gothic fiction with a generous dose of eroticism.
A lusty lady, ravaged, seeks comfort in the arms of her maidservent in Giselle Renarde's rapacious "Milady's Bath," while bondage and desire enslave a wolf girl to her master in "Snowlight, Moonlight" by Rose de Fer. Janine Ashbless's "Cover Him with Darkness" is an exquisite tale of secret love between an imprisoned fallen angel and the girl he seduces. Editor Mitzi Szereto's vampire romance "The Blood Moon Kiss" is sexy Southern Gothic at its finest.
With contributed stories by Rose de Fer, Janine Ashbless, Elizabeth Daniels, Mitzi Szereto, Anna Meadows, Charlotte Stein, Zander Vyne, Evan Mora, Ashley Lister, Sharon Bidwell, Claire Buckingham, Giselle Renarde, Carrie Williams, Tahira Iqbal, and Bonnie Dee.
"Red Velvet and Absinthe celebrates the Gothic in all its forms and adds in the erotic element...we experience the thrilling danger, the looming apprehension, the exquisite passion. That is the core of Gothic literature and this collection delivers." —Kelley Armstrong, from the foreword
MITZI SZERETO is an author and anthology editor of erotic and multi-genre fiction and non-fiction. She has her own blog “Errant Ramblings: Mitzi Szereto’s Weblog” (mitziszereto.com/blog), and a Web TV channel “Mitzi TV” (mitziszereto.com/tv), which covers the “quirky” side of London. Her books include In Sleeping Beauty’s Bed: Erotic Fairy Tales, Getting Even: Revenge Stories, The New Black Lace Book of Women’s Sexual Fantasies, Wicked: Sexy Tales of Legendary Lovers, Silk Sheets: Collected Stories, and the Erotic Travel Tales anthologies. She has pioneered erotic writing workshops in the UK and Europe as well as lectured in creative writing at several British universities. A popular social media personality, Wikipedia lists her as the “Queen of Facebook.” Originally from the USA, she lives in Greater London.

Gothic stories are some of my most favorite reads. The werewolf that runs the moors at night, the lady who climbs out her window to meet her lover every month...or maybe the dark angel that seduces the young girl who is to care for him or the wife who haunts the halls of her home and strips for her husband-they are both trapped at other ends of the universe. One in the physical plane, the other a ghost.  Not one story in this collection was wanting. Lusty and seductive, they capture the imagination of our darkest hearts and leave us shifting in our seats, restless for satisfaction. There is truly something for everyone. Fans of the paranormal- you must add this one to your TBR list.

Succubus Steam: Hot Steampunk from Lila Shaw

Succubus Steam (The Succubus Chronicles)

From Evernight's Romance on the Go line:

A succubus half-breed, such as Violet, who hobnobs with the highest echelons of Victorian London society, is a bride in a difficult marriage of extremes. Any act that wants of propriety, and she would find herself banished to the wilds of Cornwall where her full-blooded succubus sisters live and thrive. Yet she prefers the company of mortals, even if she must occasionally risk her reputation by engaging in discreet sexual liaisons.

When Violet’s great uncle dies and bequeaths her his laboratory and home, she crafts an artificially intelligent automaton named Adam to sate her carnal needs. Her plan is coming along nicely until an incubus from her past, and the unwitting model for her invention, discovers her secret. Violet has good reason to be wary of losing her heart to Lyle, but perhaps Adam is the key to fulfilling all of her desires.

Oh my gosh! This is the hottest steam punk story ever! Having an automaton to give you any kind of pleasure...ummm. Delightful story! As usual Lila Shaw is in top form. This is indeed the best of her Succubus stories to date and I couldn't put it down.

When Violet builds Adam to help her keep her half succubus inclinations under control, she has a wonderful new toy that bears a striking resemblance to Lyle, a very sexy incubus that just might drain her dry if she gave in to his advances. Could Adam be the key to surrendering to her deepest fantasies? Read this one to find out.

menage, m/f, m/f/m and more!
